Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that client requirements are met on schedule and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among design, marketing, and development teams.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on status.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or quality.
• Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing questions and concerns.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
• Background in design or creative fields is beneficial but not required.
