Job Description:
As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at Sociaxe, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. Your role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
