Job Description:
As a Receptionist at Sharpcontra, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, managing the front desk operations, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
