Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account setup and usage

- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary
- Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Qualifications
