Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Polous, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our products/services. The ideal candidate is friendly, empathetic, and has a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Provide detailed information about our products/services and assist customers with their purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek to improve the customer service experience by staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
