Key role objectives


Coordinate the hiring process by consolidating the requirements from several teams, obtaining required approvals, liaising with HR for selection and hiring processes and producing reports related to space occupancy and recruitment

Ownership of the entire process of onboarding new joiners such as ordering user accounts and access rights, and supporting newcomers with company processes

Administrative support for rapidly growing IT department, being the single point of contact for other IT departments

Create purchase orders in internal system (basic hardware and software) and manage department’s hardware supply

Creating and coordinating production of departmental communication, such as newsletters

Qualifications and experience


Theoretical or practical knowledge in administrative processes is mandatory

Knowledge in basic recruiting processes is desired

Organized & structured candidate

Can work well under pressure

Commitment to supporting other employees

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish

Good MS Excel / Word / Outlook knowledge

Good understanding of IT – related topics

Openness to work with different teams and to build relationships
