Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Online Facility Management (FM) Service Delivery Platform. This individual will manage the platform’s end-to-end operations, ensuring it delivers seamless and reliable FM services to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations from reputable companies with a strong understanding of user experience, product lifecycle management, and commercial growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the online FM service delivery platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories

(2) Platform Development & Optimization

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  • Oversee platform feature enhancements, including service booking, payment integrations, vendor management, and customer support tools.
  • Ensure a frictionless customer experience through continuous product testing and iteration.

(3) Marketplace Operations

  • Manage vendor onboarding, service catalog management, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize service fulfillment workflows to improve service turnaround times and quality.
  • Collaborate with operations to maintain high service-level agreements (SLAs).

(4) Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and service operations.
  • Present product updates, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.

(5) Data & Performance Management

  • Monitor platform performance using key product metrics (conversion rates, customer retention, order fulfillment rates, etc.).
  • Use analytics to drive decisions for product improvements and new feature development.

(6) Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Champion customer needs by gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, repeat usage, and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in e-commerce marketplace operations 
  • Experience managing B2C or B2B platforms, ideally in service-based marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of online payment systems, vendor management systems, and customer experience management tools.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experience.
