Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support the daily administrative operations of our facility management company. The ideal candidate will handle office management, coordination of services, recordkeeping, and communication between departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee general administrative duties and ensure office operations run smoothly.
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for facility staff and managers.
Maintain accurate records of service contracts, vendor contacts, and maintenance logs.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
Oversee inventory management of office and facility supplies.
Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and following up with vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and facility regulations.
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new administrative staff.
Liaise with facility technicians, contractors, and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Handle office equipment maintenance and act as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Vendor and Inventory management is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing around Okpanam Road, Asaba. Delta state will be favourably considered.
