Job Description

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies that convert them into revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to clients/customers.
  • Provide clients with comparative sales information for properties to determine competitive market pricing.
  • Suggest investment plans to the clients depending on their preferences and budget.
  • Manage contract negotiations for resales of existing properties.
  • Manage existing portfolio of clients and acquire new clients to meet revenue goals
  • Present the information regarding products and services offered and also suggest custom solutions.
  • Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of the company's products & services.
  • Work with the Customer Experience Team to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Build market recognition and customer base for the company's landed properties 
  • Effectively manage Sales Activities of the team by providing leadership
  • Build a detailed understanding of the client’s products, services, and capabilities, as well as of our competitors and current and prospective customers in the Real Estate Market.
  • Exceed any personal or commercial targets set and manage strategic planning, and forecasting, as well as reporting activities as necessary.
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of new product/service lines for clients
  • Provide timely updates to the Managing Director of the Development Company

Qualifications

  • First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven years of experience in any sector of the real estate industry that involves either selling physical products or services e.g. land, buildings, mortgages, real estate investment and finance, etc. 
  • In-depth understanding of real estate transactions
  • Previous exposure and access to a good network of customer base 
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic focus and mindset 
  • Effective communications and presentation skills to be able to engage, and win customers
  • Understanding of the sales management process
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of real estate finance 
  • Sales leadership skills and experience
  • Proven track record of success selling landed assets and services 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from the planning to the execution stage
  • Ability to prepare and present a comprehensive marketing report.
  • Ability to negotiate and close out deals.
