• Ensure the safety of residents, clients using the building, and the investors' benefits
• Implement a plan to monitor people entering and exiting the building and parking lots
• Ensure total sanitation and landscape improvement is carried out monthly and quarterly
• Make surveys and assess the entire equipment system, including power lines, lighting systems, water supply, drainage, communication (telephone, wifi, etc.), active fire prevention, elevators, and exits.
• Ensure building maintenance management and technical repairs are carried out when due
• Manage building records and documents, including correspondence, vouchers, and related documents.
• Develop a process of implementing periodical summary reports and monthly and quarterly reports.
• Manage contracts through legal consultancy, contract drafting, and signing.
• Resolve client's and solve clients' needs during the process of using the building.

• First degree in Building Technology, Estate Management, Engineering, or any other related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Professional certification in Building is a must-have
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Application
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
