Job Description

We are currently sourcing for an Experienced Quality Management System Coordinator to oversee the organizing and managing of quality control and assurance procedures for the organization.S/he will provide quality support to several strategic business functions of the total real estate business from the planning phase to project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations,
  • Monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and trend quality monitoring activities, results, and outcomes.
  • Review records to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with standards.
  • Ensure all internal ISO audits are completed on time, and effectively
  • Develop and enhance documentation, tracking tools and process flows for quality monitoring activities to comply with current regulations and standards;
  • Conduct internal record reviews and audits, including medical records;
  • Initiate SOP revisions to ensure they are current and validated and support continuous improvement.
  • Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
  • Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Perform regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
  • liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
  • Provide departments with quality planning and support.
  • Collaborate with the key process owners to set quality benchmarks
  • Perform review of technical documents such as equipment and process validation, automation, and computer validation.
  • Ensure the company's organogram is regularly updated
  • Execute other assignments as directed by the Head of Planning & Control

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. degree in Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quality manager in a serviced environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is strongly required
  • Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes
  • Experience working with ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledge of six sigma is a must-have
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
