Job Description

  • Create job adverts, provide advice on suitable placement
  • Evaluate CVs and applications
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare reports 
  • Experience in liaising with stakeholders, up to a senior level, to assist with finding the best talent
  • Provide coaching and advice to managers with regards to people management practices within recruitment and selection
  • Identify process improvement, further develop the recruitment function and assist with the implementation of a new recruitment system
  • Assisting with Strategic and innovative recruitment initiatives
  • Perform reference checks
  • Provide information, guidance, and advice to both supervisors and staff on the recruitment process
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies for sourcing of candidates

Qualifications

  • First degree in social sciences or any related field
  • Minimum of 4 cognate years of experience as a recruiter
  • Sound knowledge of ATS
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Experience working in a consulting space will be a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, including the ability to credibly influence people and decisions.
  • A positive, proactive approach to work activities
