Job Description

  • Preparation of Cash flows for Rent4Less platform
  • Rent collection from Tenants (Monthly and Annual)
  • Carry out site visits to assess the state of properties
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources
  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets
  • Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting;
  • Preparation of property management and lease proposals
  • Management of leases
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and generally advising clients on the management and maintenance of properties.
  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Estate Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 cognate years of experience as a Real Estate Field Officer
  • Candidate must have worked in a Real Estate Company
  • Candidate must be proactive and intelligent
  • Property acquisition skills
  • Can work under minimal supervision
