Job Description

  • Preparing and analysing financial accounts
  • Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and ensure insurance premium are promptly paid
  •  Ensure that Reconciliation of all bank accounts indicating the elements of Interest on Loan/Overdraft and other bank charges are up to date.
  • Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
  • Oversee Financial forecasting and risk analysis
  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts
  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
  • Payroll administration and accounting
  • Maintenance of Accounts Payables and payments of vendors and other supplier of goods and services
  • Maintenance of Account Receivables, Billing of respective clients, and recommendation of appropriate Credit Control Policy
  • Financial Audit of sites

Qualifications

  • First or second degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Professional membership/certification with relevant bodies is compulsory
  • Experience with accounting software is required
