AlphaGraphics West Ave was created and is led by the Abbott Family. Their primary purpose is helping businesses and individuals succeed through Print, Graphic Design, Marketing and Sign creation services.
We are in the process of expansion and are constantly looking for the best of the best – dedicated salespeople, social media experts, marketing strategists; people interested in opportunities to help others while also being able to help themselves.
AG West Ave is located in San Antonio, TX and is one of the largest and respected commercial printers in Texas working with major clients nationwide.

Inside/Outside Sales & Marketing

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling in-person appointments and email, phone sales presentations.
  • Manage pipeline of prospects using company CRM.
  • Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as well as mastery of our company Sales Training platform.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Become an ambassador of AG West Ave principles on an ongoing and never-ending basis.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent project management and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with additional hours/times as needed in San Antonio, TX
