Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with division managers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to appropriately assist them in marketing their products and services to the market. The primary goal of the position is to find ways so that customers and vendors always perceive Alpha Data to be the market leader in the fields of ICT, ELV and Services.
The position demands someone who is outgoing, and energetic and able to deal with the fast paced work which comes as a result of working in the IT industry.
Specific Responsibilities
As the Senior Marketing Executive some specific tasks and responsibilities will fall under your scope of work.
- -Planning and executing marketing campaigns for different products or services.
- -Organising customer events to showcase new products and solutions, or as a brand building exercise for Alpha Data.
- -Managing Alpha Data’s Telemarketing Team.
- -Carrying out customer prequalifications, and managing the ongoing company registrations.
- -Working with our partners to plan events and budget different advertising requirements.
Reporting Relationships & Interactions:
This individual will be expected to interact effectively will all levels of Alpha Data Management and staff. This position will involve frequent interaction and communication with key Alpha Data Clients.
The direct report will be the Business Development Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Skills - Professional / Technical / Business.
- 4+ years total work experience, preferably in IT/System Integrator, or ELV Field - in Marketing / Sales.
- Significant experience in marketing with a strong brand management and brand communications bias.
- Demonstrated track record in the management of external agencies and the development of through the line campaign materials.
- Expert knowledge, skills and demonstrated track record across a range of functions including brand, planning, marketing analytics, performance management.
- Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen also capable of strong execution.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are needed to influence direction and change attitudes and decisions of senior level international bankers.
- Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy.
- Experience with strategic planning, creative thinking and solution development.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to achieve goals with minimal management oversight.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Collaborative skills as a team player in matrix environment, and analytical rigour and skills are both a must.
- Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders.
- Candidate must have the ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Additional Information
Education: Preferable Engineering Graduate
Driving License Required: Yes
