Job Description

  • To achieve sales quotas and obtain orders from existing customers and establishing new accounts.
  • To visit and call new customers to analyze business opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop a strong business relationship.
  • To respond to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) on time and be responsible to negotiate and close orders.
  • Ensure payments with respect to invoices are collected in time from customers.
  • To focus on customer retention and new business penetration within assigned geographic territory.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by managing and monitoring the sales order process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner; participating in team sales calls, proposal development, pricing presentations, consultative selling techniques, and order closing strategies; representing region at trade shows and customer postal counsels.
  • Develop strong business relation with vendors representative and make sure all polices and procedures are applied all the time.

Skills Required:

 

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Dubai local market
  • Knowledge of relevant company networking products; Cisco, Avaya juniper, HP, etc.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts at the technical, management, and executive level.


Skills 

  • Highly developed ability to communicate the value proposition of the product to the customer
  • Ability to make presentations, and follow up with well written correspondence is necessary.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Extensive sales skills, including prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, demonstrating and presenting, negotiating, and proposal writing
  • Self-confident; highly motivated; ability to work under minimal supervision; good analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline

Driving License is required.
