Job Description

Management of the life cycle of employees and the various HR Business partner tasks related for different European markets.

                                                                   Business partnering

  • Be the main person of contact for the area managers for the HQ office (150 people approx; Departments: Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, IT) and some countries in Europe (French market, Switzerland, Italy, Germany). Your main stakeholders will be the managers but as well to assist the staff for any topics related to HR
  • Support and inform the Managers about our HR processes (evaluations, internal policies, recruitment, leave policy, etc.)
  • To assure the internal HR HUB has the correct and needed information in each section

 

                                               Management of the induction/exit process

  • Insure a good coordination of the entrance/exit/modification checklists and ensure a good communication with the Payroll Specialist and the Manager of the position
  • Prepare a qualitative induction for new arrivals (documents, ESL presentation, welcome e-mails, IT access, welcome kit, etc.)
  • Lead exit interviews and report any useful feedback to the Head of HR and insure a good follow-up
  • Insure a good management of all the other tasks in case of departure (work certificate, departure events, etc.)
  • Supervise the HR junior for all the tasks related to this process (organisational chart, documents updated, etc.)

                                               Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

  • Confirm the vacancy with the Head of HR, verify the job description and publish it in the internal platforms.
  • Manage the first screening for the designated vacant positions
  • Carefully select our publication channels in line with our internal guidelines and budget (social medias, external websites, external agencies, etc.)
  • Ensure a regular follow-up with the manager of the position until the end of the recruitment
  • Train managers and insure an effective use of our internal tool Smartrecruiter
  • Supervise the HR junior in this process for the vacancies that may work (job ad publication, efficient use of Smartrecruiter, etc.)
  • Make the WD part of the recruitment (job requistion, etc.)

                                             

                                               HR projects and other tasks-

  • Active participation in the KLG HR projects as being part of the global team, such as a corporative onboarding, performance appraisal, communication plan, engagement survey, HR newsletter, GDPR & Compliance… The type of project to give support may be different in the year timeframe depending on the specific Brand projects & needs.
  • Participate actively to the realization of the different projects of the department
  • To manage actively the HR operations and logistics in the Barcelona HQ, having the office coordinator reporting to this person. 

Qualifications

Your experience:

  • You can justify at least 5 years of experience in HR in an international environment.

Your professional skills and education:

 

  • Fluent English is required
  • Spanish or other languages as French or German are really valued for the job.
  • You have the ability to perform all administrative tasks to the highest standard within given timescales.
  • You are really detailed oriented
  • You show flexiblity with the different topics on the HR side
  • You have the ability to work on own initiative as well as having excellent team-working skills.
  • You have an excellent organisational skill including ability to keep accurate records
  • You have great computer skills.
