Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, your role as Digital Marketing Manager is to create, deliver and manage our digital strategies generating leads both in quantity and in quality. You work closely with the General Manager, the marketing and the sales teams to anticipate prospect’s demand and lead them into our sales funnel.

As an SEO expert you collaborate with the web team for optimizing pages for search engines, building references from other websites and making sure that our websites are accessible by Google for greater exposure whatever Google is coming with. Your UX expertise and knowledge allow you to challenge our existing environment for enhancing the visitors’ experience and transform them into prospects.

As an Analytic expert you own the reporting and the analysis of the performance of both our PPC campaigns (Google, Facebooks, YouTube) and our organic conversions. Your knowledge and experiences allow you to challenge the existing campaigns, keywords, ad copies, bidding strategies and landing pages in order to realize our ambitious targets.

As a Digital expert, you supervise and execute tasks related to content creation and translation. You plan our Social Media Marketing campaigns to promote online our products to the right audience, at the right time. Finally, you ensure a close supervision of our followers, social media and email marketing to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. 

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing ; Experience : 3-5 Years
Demonstrable results with : SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, MOZ) and strategical backlinking
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Native/Fluent in English & French

German is a plus
