Job Description

As one of our Mid-Market Account Executives, you’ll play a key role in both targeting key accounts from scratch, as well as taking a steady funnel of incoming leads and helping organizations understand how OKRs – and more specifically Ally– can accelerate their progress.

You will bring high energy, brain power, and a great understanding of how businesses operate now, as well as a sense of how much more success would flow if all of their employees, departments and divisions were aligned around the relentless pursuit of the same set of specific strategic goals.   

You’re comfortable connecting with senior business leaders and C suite executives, while managing a large funnel, and working within a team environment.  Your past experience selling intangibles, solutions, and software in emerging markets will help you quickly grasp the value and opportunity Ally offers its customers, as you close sales with progressive companies headquartered around the globe. 

We are looking for strategic Mid-Market Account Executives to help us develop and grow out our high-performance sales division. As we contribute to the OKR phenomena that is currently occurring in the market, we’re looking for team members who are ready to make a significant impact. Your work will be meaningful as you manage a broad range of revenue driving tasks such as developing new customer relationships, establishing executive level connections, adding value to customers, and strengthening your pipeline. You will be providing key insights to clients with purposeful interactions, deliver stellar customer experience in partnership with our success team, and work with our sales development & marketing teams to continue optimizing our funnels.

You will be meeting with Dir/VP/C level executives from top tier technology companies looking to improve organizational agility and alignment across the globe. You will benefit from Ally’s in-demand product, host of rich integrations, top tier support, and most excitingly, the burgeoning goal setting and execution software market. 

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal account executive will be engaging with prospects, maximize added value, and establish strategies to grow our customer base. Qualifications

Mid-Market Account Executive - Minimum Qualifications:

  • You’re smart, engaging, quick to grasp concepts and have a good understanding of business.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of successful and strategic account management at a B2B software company
  • You have a strong aptitude for technology, and understanding of SaaS, and applications via web & mobile
  • You’re well organized, and you know how to qualify, prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have leadership qualities we can use as we keep growing

Beyond that, we hope you have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Computer Science, and 2-4+ years’ experience in applications software sales in Project Management, Account-Based Marketing/Selling, Collateral Tracking, Sales Automation, Performance Management, Marketing Automation or CRM.
