Alltype Engineering specialises in the delivery of Instrument/ Electrical work in the Energy and Resources sectors. We currently have projects throughout Western Australia and are looking for multiple candidates to join our team.

Our core business is in Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors. 

Job Description

  • Experience leading and providing guidance for a team of minimum 10 Trade employees on site base construction roles
  • Demonstrated experience with assessing and implementing safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions
  • Work as part of a team and provide leadership to team members
  • Be prepared to accept guidance and provide input to achieve the best method of construction

Qualifications

  • WA Electrical License
  • EEHA certification an advantage
  • Understanding of business and finance goals in conjunction with overall project requirements
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Strong electrical knowledge and awareness 
  • Current Drivers License
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Experience with estimating/quoting and managing costs
  • Construction White Card
  • High Risk Work License – Class WP
  • Working With Heights training (within past 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with team members and ability to work effectively within a team or as an individual on certain set tasks
  • Ability to be a hands-on Electrician when required
  • Ability to order and procure the required materials
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and ability to lead a team safely
  • Track record of problem solving and solution implementation
  • A positive can-do attitude with problem solving skills and a high level of quality in work performance
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Low Voltage Rescue
