Job Description
We are a well-established insurance agency seeking a full-time sales representative to join our team in either of our two locations (San Jose or Redwood City.) Our mission is to consistently produce exceptional sales leaders to drive our agency to the top. We welcome new and experienced sales professionals who have a winning mentality. We offer a very generous pay structure and opportunities to advance to managerial positions.
Responsibilities:
• Make 100+ outbound calls to warm leads on a daily basis
• Build immediate rapport to gain client trust and gather information
• Execute a professional phone etiquette to present the proper products and services to fulfill client needs
• Be accountable for achieving individual sales goals for new business
• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales with sales presentations over phone and in person, and grow our overall insurance book of business
• Gather and review client information, close using consultative selling techniques utilizing significant product knowledge
Compensation:
• Salary negotiable based on prior sales and experience in the insurance industry
• Uncapped commissions
• Monthly team bonuses
• Earning potential- 6 figures
