Earn a Great Income While Making a Difference! We are Allied Business Schools, Inc., a recognized leader in online Real Estate education. We currently have an opportunity for an inside sales position as an Admissions Representative for our Laguna Hills, CA campus.

A successful Admissions Representative must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual that has a positive attitude and a strong desire to help prospective students change their lives. As an Admission Representative you will assist prospective students and effectively present the benefits of Allied Schools to secure new enrollments into our programs. Revenue based pay scale, unlimited earning potential!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate enrollments through referral based inbound leads, no cold-calling.
  • Handle a high volume inbound calls in a professional, positive and fast-paced environment.
  • Help assist prospective students, offer appropriate value proposition solutions, create urgency, and secure enrollments.
  • Follow-up activities and outbound calls.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity to meet and exceed established admissions objectives.
  • Seek out new enrollment-generating opportunities through referrals and networking.

Qualifications

  • A minimum 1+ years call center or phone sales experience required.
  • Ability to maximize enrollment opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
  • Strong competitive sales background and first-call closing skills.
  • Skill in the use of computerized systems and databases.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact as part of the team.
  • Prior experience in the following industries is ideal; real estate, sales, recruiting/staffing, customer service or fitness sales.
