Director, Brand Marketing
- Full-time
- Compensation: USD 110000 - USD 150000 - yearly
Company Description
Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing, private equity backed Veterinarian Service Organization that operates as a majority owner and business partner to many veterinarian practices across the US. Our goal is to make it easier for our practices at every step by providing world-class business solutions like talent acquisition, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations, so that they can focus their energy on providing incredible care for animals. In fact, our Core Values are (quite literally) written with PETS in mind: Passion, Engagement, Trust and Service.
We want our doctor partners to choose what's best for their practice because they are the experts in medicine, while we customize the support, the co-ownership approach, and business solutions based on their goals. We pride ourselves on maintaining a culture of open communication and collaboration to deliver innovative solutions to advance today’s veterinary environment - without disrupting the medical autonomy and what makes each of our hospitals unique.
Why Alliance Animal Health
At Alliance Animal Health, we partner with veterinary practices so they can focus on what matters most: quality medicine and exceptional patient care.
As Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll shape how AAH comes to life for the people who work here, the candidates considering joining us, the practice owners exploring a partnership, and the veterinary community as a whole. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen an established corporate brand, build a new de novo brand, elevate recruitment marketing, and create events and experiences that deepen AAH’s reputation and impact.
Job Description
Role Overview
The Director of Brand Marketing will be the steward and champion of the Alliance Animal Health brand, leading how AAH comes to life across audiences, channels, and experiences. This role owns the strategic vision, positioning, and activation of the brand and ensures it shows up consistently and compellingly for veterinarians, hospital teams, prospective partners, candidates, and industry influencers.
The Director will lead several of AAH’s most visible brand initiatives, including recruitment marketing, employer brand, and brand-forward events and experiences such as our signature VetTalks event. This is a highly visible, strategic, and hands-on leadership role for a marketer who can set a clear vision, inspire a team, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure strong execution. The right person will be energized by the opportunity to build, experiment, and leave a clear, measurable mark on a growing organization.
