Job Description
Are you passionate about veterinary medicine and committed to providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality medical care and creating positive experiences for both our patients and clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing compassionate patient care and low-stress handling techniques
- Triaging incoming patients and assisting with medical assessments
- Collecting and processing laboratory samples, including blood, urine, fecal, and skin specimens
- Performing diagnostic imaging, including radiography
- Monitoring and caring for hospitalized patients with varying levels of medical needs
- Administering medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Educating clients and communicating treatment plans with professionalism and empathy
- Assisting with surgical procedures, patient preparation, and recovery
- Monitoring anesthesia and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide outstanding veterinary care
Qualifications
We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Provides exceptional client service and communicates clearly and professionally
- Accurately interprets medical records and obtains thorough patient histories
- Has knowledge of preventive care, surgical procedures, and daily hospital operations
- Demonstrates confidence in low-stress animal restraint and patient handling
- Is skilled in laboratory sample collection and processing
- Is proficient in diagnostic radiography (dental radiography experience is a plus)
- Has experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
- Is eager to learn, grow, and expand their clinical knowledge
- Embraces constructive feedback and continuously strives to improve patient care and hospital efficiency

Additional Information
Pay Range: $18-$21/hr
