Our established general practice is being remodeled and reimagined into a modern, high-quality urgent care clinic, and we’re seeking a veterinarian who thrives in a fast-paced, case-diverse environment and wants to be part of building something special from the ground up.

You’ll play a key role in shaping medical protocols, workflow, and culture while providing timely, compassionate care for non-life-threatening urgent cases. What You’ll Do

• Provide urgent care services including diagnostics, treatment, and minor procedures

• Triage incoming cases and collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful situations

• Contribute to the development of protocols and standards as we grow into a full urgent care model

• Help foster a positive, team-oriented environment during this exciting transition

What We’re Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree with eligibility for Mississippi licensure

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with confidence in urgent care or general practice medicine

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building something new

• Interest in helping shape the future of a growing urgent care practice

• Full Time OR Part Time Veterinarian
• Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
• Proficient in general medicine and surgery 
• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university
• Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
• Active Veterinary State License 
• USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
