Job Description

As a Leadership Expert at Allegro, you’ll design scalable, simple, and impactful learning frameworks that elevate leadership across all levels. Your work will drive ethical, visionary leadership and support a culture of growth, motivation, and results. If you're strategic, hands-on, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment—this role is for you.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leadership model supported by a comprehensive leadership development framework
  • Co-create and deliver tailored leadership programs with senior leaders, such as the internal Allegro MBA program "Lead Forward."
  • Operationalize leadership assessment tools (e.g., 360 Feedback, Harrison Assessments) to diagnose and enhance leadership effectiveness organization-wide.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to leadership and learning & development partners on program design, leadership growth strategies, and training initiatives.
  • Create structured leadership learning pathways that align with job families and include standardized, scalable content for leadership development.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, research, and best practices in leadership development. Always bring market benchmark to proposed solutions

This is the right job for you if

  • You have a background in consulting (people transformation, leadership topics) or in a large, international organization with scalable solutions.
  • You bring market knowledge of leadership programs and models, and enjoy researching, proposing, and building effective development strategies.
  • You can work independently while collaborating closely with teams and senior stakeholders; you're confident in negotiation and influencing.
  • You're business-driven, proactive, and take full ownership of your work.
  • You’re comfortable with a mix of strategic and operational tasks, including vendor management, contracting, and coordination (with some ops support).
  • You create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and can effectively visualize and communicate concepts.
  • You're a team player with a positive, constructive mindset, open to feedback and collaboration.
  • Polish not required – what matters is your expertise and energy.
  • You're excited to lead leadership development for the first 6–12 months, then grow into broader talent management areas.
