Your main responsibilities

• Managing relationships with carriers specializing in the delivery of heavy and oversized products

• Negotiating contracts and cooperation terms, including additional services such as assembly and installation

• Developing strategies and processes to optimize transportation costs and efficiency for large items

• Monitoring carrier performance, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborating with internal teams (Commerce, Technology, Customer Service) to increase the utilization of H&B services

• Implementing new delivery methods and additional services 

• Working on expanding international deliveries, including cross-border and foreign markets

• Creating and executing long-term transportation strategies for H&B

This is the right job for you, if:

• You bring experience in managing carriers for heavy and oversized product deliveries (minimum 3 years)

• You possess knowledge of the H&B transport services market, including international deliveries

• You have experience negotiating contracts with carriers and providers of additional services (assembly, installation)

• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data

• You are fluent in Polish and have a good command of English (spoken and written)
