This is a perfect opportunity for a Head of Depots  who is not afraid to tackle new challenges and come with their own contribution toward our common goal.

Your main responsibilities

• Management of three operational regions (more than a dozen depots throughout the Czech Republic)
• Participation in the creation and later execution of the financial budget
• Participation in the process of creation and further implementation of the quality budget
• Creation of development strategy for the existing network of depots
• Close cooperation with HUB, Line Haul (middle mile) and Support department 
• Continuous improvement of service quality, efficiency and productivity
• Cooperation with other countries within the framework of a joint supply project

This job is for you, if

• You have excellent knowledge of the TSL industry from working for courier, freight forwarding or logistics companies
• You have experience in a national or regional depot management position in a courier company - minimum 3 years
• You have driving license cat B (we provide company car)
• You have experience working in an international environment
• You have a fluent Czech (native or near-native level) and English (B2+ level)
• You have knowledge and experience in developing solutions to optimize logistics processes 
• You demonstrate an attitude directed towards analysis and solutions
