What does this role involve? 

• You will be part of the Warehouse & Delivery Planning Team, within the Structure of Operations
• You will support the Delivery business, and work closely with Planning Specialists/Experts and other Teams (Operations, S&OP, HR, CX, Finance etc.) to keep the staffing in Allegro Depots & HUBs efficient
• You will verify, monitor and report some of the crucial KPIs and data (e.g. # of employees, absenteeism, attrition)
• You will implement improvements, and automation within the planning & reporting spreadsheets
• You will manage the variable positions vacancy process in SAP SuccessFactors

This is the right job for you, if you: 

• You are familiar with SQL
• You are competent in Excel, Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and feel good in various calculations
• You enjoy working in fast-paced environment
• You pay attention to detail and are keen on numbers and reporting
• You are a scientific mind (field of studies such as Statistics / Mathematics / Physics / Economy / Informatics / Data Science / Operations Research would be an asset)
• You know English at  B2+ level
