What does this role involve
Lead complex initiatives (in the role of Project Manger) that require collaboration across multiple teams and departments to ensure timely and quality delivery
Actively participate in the preparation of the financial services area strategy
Prepare essential documents for senior leadership teams and executive teams to support informed decision-making
Facilitate the creation of operational plans for the Allegro’s financial services area to align with strategic objectives
Coordinate quarterly and annual roadmapping process to align with strategic goals and stakeholder input
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects based on strategic goals and resource availability
Organize and facilitate key meetings to promote collaboration and ensure team alignment
Continuously track project progress and performance against established timelines and objectives, making adjustments as necessary
Oversee resource allocation to optimize existing model across various projects
Ensure clear and consistent communication among teams, stakeholders and other Allegro units
Proactively identify potential risks that could impact roadmap implementation, quality, or stakeholder satisfaction, assessing their likelihood and potential impact

This is the right job for you, if
You have 3+ years of experience in the consulting (preferably) or fintech/financial services industry
You have experience in managing projects from conception to initial product definition
You have experience in developing and executing roadmaps
You know how to define analyses for creating new data-driven products and business recommendations
You are goal-oriented and able to manage change
You have highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
You possess business acumen and the ability to think long-term
You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (B2+/C1)
