Your main responsibilities:

• Creating long-term carrier management strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives

• Managing business relationships with domestic and international carriers

• Negotiating cooperation terms with courier service providers, ensuring favorable financial and operational conditions

• Developing and implementing strategies for cost and transportation efficiency optimization

• Monitoring courier performance, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborating with internal teams (including Logistics, Technology, and Customer Service teams)

• Introducing innovative logistics solutions, including new delivery methods

This is the right job for you, if:

• You bring experience in carrier  management (small package courier providers preferred) or logistics (minimum 3 years)

• You possess knowledge of the domestic courier transport and logistics services market

• You excel in negotiation and building long-term relationships with partners

• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data

• You are fluent in Polish

• Your command of English (spoken and written) is at least B2 level
