Job Description
Your main responsibilities:
Creating long-term carrier management strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives
Managing business relationships with domestic and international carriers
Negotiating cooperation terms with courier service providers, ensuring favorable financial and operational conditions
Developing and implementing strategies for cost and transportation efficiency optimization
Monitoring courier performance, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with internal teams (including Logistics, Technology, and Customer Service teams)
Introducing innovative logistics solutions, including new delivery methods

This is the right job for you, if:
You bring experience in carrier management (small package courier providers preferred) or logistics (minimum 3 years)
You possess knowledge of the domestic courier transport and logistics services market
You excel in negotiation and building long-term relationships with partners
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data
You are fluent in Polish
Your command of English (spoken and written) is at least B2 level
