Our products support our Clients in developing sales and strengthening their brand positioning. This position is oriented on strategic pricing management for Allegro Advertising.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leading pricing/performance revisions
  • Defining pricing changes/tests improving current business results and supporting long-term transition/development of advertising products
  • Securing proper execution of defined initiatives and progress monitoring
  • Providing key inputs and recommendations to initiative owners to control and enhance the impact of advertising products on revenue growth
  • Working closely with Analytics and Technology teams to develop pricing tools for advertising products and new features for merchants, such as ROAS reporting
  • Improving pricing strategies by gathering merchant feedback and conducting competitive benchmarking to stay ahead in the market
  • Preparing documents, periodical reviews, and presentations for key stakeholders

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in leading data-driven projects (preferably commerce-oriented projects within blue-chip FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce companies or Top-Tier Consulting organizations)
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking and resolution in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent, structured communication skills and ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment at Top Management level
  • Hands-on approach
