Job Description
In the Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools.
We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, Salesforce, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.
Our department has over 200 professionals and engineers in seven teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech, Retail Tech.
We support IT infrastructure in Allegro’s offices in all locations in and outside of Poland. Overall we support over 5500 employees.

Contract of employment
We are looking people who:
Have at least 3 years of administrative experience with configuring and supporting IT systems (both SaaS and on-premises) especially Google Workspace environment
Have a good knowledge about core Google Workspace services like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, AppSheet, Looker Studio and at least basic knowledge about additional services/technologies like GCP, Google API and more
Have ability to administering operating systems (Linux/Windows)
Have experience with IT service monitoring tools i.e. Zabbix
Have knowledge about ITIL-related IT service management
Like to work in a team and have excellent communication skills
Are self-driven and show initiative in their work, and can effectively prioritize tasks
- Have ability to communicate in English and Polish (both oral and written) on at least B2 level
The following are also a plus:
Knowledge of development i.e. JavaScript, Google Apps Script, SQL, Python
Knowledge of the integration and migration of data between applications
