    Job Description

    As our Process Excellence team is growing, we are looking for specialists with a strong drive for process improvements and interest in automation. The selected candidate will support the design and implementation of the complex People & Culture process improvement initiatives and will be actively engaged in identifying automation opportunities.

    As Process Excellence Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and driving change within the function. You will advocate for CI by encouraging various teams to look for improvement opportunities.

    On this position you will be responsible for: 

    • Analyzing selected HR processes and KPIs, conducting a current-state assessment (AS-IS Analysis) of processes to identify improvement/standardization or re-engineering potential and propose innovative solutions, which are based on the market benchmarks and feasibility studies with teams within the Allegro Group People & Culture department across Eastern Europe 
    • Applying Lean management principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes
    • Leading and supporting process improvement projects.
    • Applying project management principles to drive successful outcomes
    • Leading change management efforts and facilitating workshops to drive process improvements
    • Developing and enhancing process maps, customer journey maps and risk management strategies

    We are looking for people who have:

    • Six Sigma certification (preferred at least Green Belt level)
    • Lean management experience
    • Project and change management experience
    • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
    • Assertive and unbiased perspective
    • Fluency in English (C1)
