What will your work consist of?

• You will be responsible for managing following procurement categories: Packaging Materials, Warehousing equipment, Logistics.
• Your main tasks will include:
  • Building a Procurement Strategy for the categories taking into account business priorities within the category and in-depth market knowledge
  • Conducting complex RFx processes and negotiating commercial terms and conditions, including database purchase agreements
  • Work with Business Areas on an ongoing basis to identify business needs within each category and identify sources for sourcing optimal solutions
  • Cyclical evaluation of cooperation with suppliers
  • Project Tracking & KPIs maintaining

We are looking for a person who:

• Min. 5 years experience in indirect procurement (Packaging Materials, Warehousing equipment, Logistics)
• Experience in complex negotiations with vendors (both domestic and foreign), covering financial, legal and business aspects
• Experience in strategic management of procurement categories
• Being assertives, committed, able to be proactive in dealing with the challenges faced
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and inter-team cooperation skills
• Ability to deal efficiently with new situations and adapt to changing internal and external conditions
• High communication skills in Polish as well as in English and advanced presentation skills
• Very strong analytical skills 

• Knowledge of the Czech language will be an added advantage
