In the Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools.
We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.
Our department has over 200 professionals and engineers in seven teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech, Retail Tech.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us grow our Intranet Homepage application. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Drupal as well as a variety of DevOps tools and technologies, and is strong in systems administration, software development, and problem-solving.

We are looking for people who:

  • want to design, implement, and maintain the company's intranet homepage, serving as an informational hub for all employees in Allegro Group
  • have experience with a variety of DevOps tools and technologies, Drupal stack  (PHP + Apache + Docker + Redis), GitHub (also GitHub actions) and nice to have: load balancing, Azure SSO, Artifactory, Python, MySQL, Mercure
  • develop and deploy software applications based on Drupal in a continuous delivery environment (2 week sprints)
  • know how to efficiently monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance
  • are keen to work with other engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • will stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies especially for Drupal
  • have a knowledge about  Jira management of tasks or in some similar tool
  • have proficiency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level

What will your work involve?

  • Working with Business Owner as well as key Stakeholders from PR, Communication and other departments to ensure our Intranet Homepage is developed according to their needs
  • Suggest best practices and best scenarios for given challenges and new feature requests
  • Design and develop new features for Intranet Homepage in Drupal for both backend and frontend
  • Maintain application infrastructure hosted in Allegro to ensure it’s up-to-date and patched
  • Fix bugs submitted by users and stakeholders
  • Work with project team to prioritize feature development and ensure timely delivery
