What does this role involve

• Leading projects in HR identified and prioritized by the People & Culture area

• Leading project teams to obtain the best results under time constraints

• Proposing KPIs and success matrix for projects 

• Managing change, implementing and communicating calendar for projects

• Cooperating with different stakeholders to translate projects into processes

• Preparing adequate tools and processes 

• Reviewing after project implementation

• Proposing actions related to constant process improvement

This is the right job for you, if

• You have experience in end-to-end delivery of projects 

• You have experience in managing a portfolio of initiatives

• You have experience in process mapping, process optimization and process engineering

• You have strong execution capability: independent, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes

• You are highly flexible and agile person to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment

• You can be strategic and tactical when needed

• You have experience in work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• You are an Expert familiar with creating and/or using project management tools

• You are confident and clear communicator both in English and Polish (in writing and speaking)
