As our business grows we also expand our structure - we are looking for an experienced HR Controlling manager, who will build the HR controlling team and design & implement controlling processes for the Group.

What will your main responsibilities include?

• Designing processes, ways of working and reporting for HR controlling in the Allegro Group

• Driving solutions and implementing controlling tolls for the whole region

• Working with the finance, leadership team and HR Business Partners to plan and control headcount and staff costs across Allegro Group

• Advising internal stakeholders on the structure and compensation schemes and provide guidance on these topics

• Supporting the process of setting-up and implementing HR KPIs

• Monitoring staff related budget, controlling spends and reporting metrics to business leadership team

• Budgeting of human resources costs

• Drawing conclusions from data analysis, proposing improvements and solutions

• Building an HR controlling and analytics team

This is the right job for you, if you

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in managing controlling area (including HR related aspects) 

• Have experience in multinational companies with matrix management it will be an asset

• Have experience in designing or re-shaping reporting and processes in controlling

• Present outstanding analytical and numerical skills coupled with data driven approach

• Display high leadership abilities to encourage, develop and motivate people 

• Are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results

• Are self-driven and with a high ownership attitude

• Have professional qualifications such as CPA / ACCA / CIMA- it  will be a strong asset

• Are familiar with SAP, Cognos - it would be an additional advantage

• Work effectively in Polish and English (desired C1)
