What does this role involve?

• You will coordinate the implementation of group people-related processes: recruitment, performance management, development and talent management and contribute to their further optimization and scalability 
• You will adjust HR solutions addressing the specificity of supported areas, their business strategies and goals & local requirements
• You will execute people-related processes
• You will ensure compliance with labor law
• You will advise on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement
• You will participate in the budgeting process and monitor its realization 
• You will support managers in their leadership skills development and in the building of high performance culture and facilitate employees development
• You will monitor HR indexes for the supported areas and recommend improvements
• You will contribute to the set up of the optimal and efficient organization structures

This is the right job for you, if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in HRBP roles ( preferably in the commerce area, retail business)
• You have worked in an international environment, it would be an asset
• You are able to gather and analyze available data and various stakeholders needs and translate them into workable HR solutions
• You have a track record of successful preparation and implementation of HR projects & processes
• You have a deep understanding of leadership and the ability to support development of present and future leaders
• You are equipped with openness, ability to build relations of a different seniority and become a trusted and value added advisor
• You are able to cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in a fast moving environment 
• You have a very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Slovenian and in English (C1/C2)
• You have an excellent Labor Law expertise
