You will be responsible for:

• leading projects in HR identified and prioritized by the People & Culture area
• leading project teams to obtain the best results under time constraints
• proposing KPIs and success matrix for projects 
• managing change, implementing and communicating calendar for projects
• cooperating with different stakeholders to translate projects into processes
• preparing adequate tools and processes 
• reviewing after project implementation
• proposing actions related to constant process improvement

We are looking for:

• experience in end-to-end delivery of projects 
• experience in managing a portfolio of initiatives
• experience in process mapping, process optimization and process engineering
• strong execution capability: independent, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
• developed strategic thinking capability: able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify a problem, analyze different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out recommended solutions
• highly flexible and agile to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment, ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
• experience in work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• familiar with creating and/or using project management tools
• confident and clear communicator in English and Polish (in writing and speaking)
