Your main responsibilities:

• Improvement of processes implemented in LMS. Preparation of business analysis including technical capabilities of systems and requirements of stakeholders, as a preparation for improvements in the digital sphere of processes
• Support implementation of one Learning &  Development platform for all employees in the Allegro Group
• Create effective and scalable measures of training effectiveness
• Implement improvements for language programs that increase effectiveness and decrease cost of the programs
• Cooperate with existing technology partners in L&D area and develop cooperation with new ones, if such need occurs
• Implement reporting mechanisms that will help  evaluate the uptake, output and outcomes of its learning programs
• Improve monitoring and reporting of  budgeting processes by bringing automatisation and high data quality

We are looking for people who:

• Have practical knowledge about project management and business analysis
• Have experiences in Learning&Development area in a matrix organization
• Are experienced in implementing & improving digital learning & development solutions that are scalable. 
• If have experience with HTML, image, audio and video editing and course-development software - it will be  a strong asset
• If are familiar with SAP SuccessFactors - it will be an advantage
• Are advanced Excel users
• Follow current trends and technologies and implement relevant ones
• Are able to connect & analyze data from different sources, make conclusions, clarify a problem, analyze & recommend  scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to simplify, scale up or  work out recommended solution
• Display execution capability: are able to prioritize, devise action plans and drive collaboration to deliver objectives
