In the Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools.

We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.

Our department has over 100 professionals and engineers in six teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech.

Your main responsibilities

• Application support and involvement in new functionalities/rollouts, implementations, future migration to S4/Hana
• Tracking and resolution of own tickets
• Close cooperation with business/key users
• Preparation of documentation and functional specification

We are looking for people who

• Have min 3 years of experience in SAP (strongly preferred)  - customizing and rollouts
• Have previous experience with SAP MM (Procurement)
• Have strong understanding of procurement and vendor processes
• Are willing to learn and have strong can do attitude
• Are team players
• Know English at B2 level

The following are also a plus

• Experience in integration with FICO
• Previous experience with SAP SRM (Procurement)
• Experience in debugging in SAP ABAP
