We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Development team at Allegro. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in e-commerce or tech industry, and a deep understanding of strategic initiatives including M&A, joint ventures, and divestitures. This role will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and implementing growth opportunities for Allegro.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed industry and company-specific analysis to identify potential M&A targets, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and validate business cases and financial models related to strategic initiatives
• Participate in the due diligence process, working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant information
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including coordination with legal, finance, and operational teams
• Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making
• Support the development of investor relations materials, including presentations and reports on Allegro's strategic initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies and initiatives

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a corporate development team, strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity / venture capital
• Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry is strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Polish
