(Senior) Business Unit Manager Fashion

What does this role involve?
You will take responsibility for planning and executing the category strategy on the Allegro platform to increase revenue using optimal sales tools and channels
You will have an impact on building customer experience in the fashion category
You will define the commercial plan for category development in accordance with the adopted vertical strategy
You will use market analysis and knowledge of major sellers to build category growth
You will analyze customer behavior, needs and conversion barriers
You will define the value proposition for customers and business partners in the categories (ensuring consistency with the vertical)
You will plan and oversee the execution of commercial campaigns to achieve category commercial goals
You will manage the execution of the commercial plan by defining objectives and activities for the sourcing team (3Ps and 1Ps) for brand and merchant acquisition and product offerings
You will take care of the category page on the Allegro platform for all devices and take charge of the weekly category status
You will identify and delineate areas for the development of key product changes necessary to implement the category growth plan

This is the right job for you, if:
You have min 5 years of experience in a position related to sales responsibility in a given category
You know the market and the key players in the category
You are able to build relationships with customers and research their needs
You think analytically and rely on data
You are a versatile person and are willing to work in multiple areas
You are familiar with the specifics of online trading and solutions supporting sales
You are focused on cooperation and business efficiency
You are able to engage others in projects
The following are also a plus:
Experience in online sales, multibrand store development or experience in fashion brand development would be an asset
