What will your main responsibilities include?

  • You will be part of the Integration Management Office team (part of the Transformation Office), responsible for the integration of Mall Group and Allegro
  • Running a smooth integration process including the communication, meetings cadence, process management etc.
  • Prioritize projects as per strategic business objectives
  • Handling communications to senior management and to the workstreams
  • Monitoring the planning and execution of the chosen projects
  • Analyzing portfolio performance and ways to improve it
  • Coordinating, scheduling and facilitating meetings
  • Driving pace of the project by managing weekly and daily meetings with workstream leaders
  • Provide management reports (collecting, consolidating and publishing status updates)
  • Setting up project management tool (Asana or TBD)
  • Setting up and managing cross-workstream dependencies

We are looking for people who:

  • Demonstrate 1-2 years of Portfolio Management Office experience and 5+ in general (consulting experience is highly desired)
  • Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or other relevant field
  • Are fluent at English
  • Have display ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate of e-commerce experience (nice to have)
