We are therefore looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager who will deploy and refine the recruitment strategy for all technological roles on the local and international market. 

Your future challenge: 

Talent Acquisition Manager (Technology) is a newly created position in Allegro’s Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team that will play a key role in delivering and refining the recruitment strategy and establishing operational excellence for all technological roles with the help of a high-performing team of TA Leaders and professionals. This implies the ownership of the deployment of the strategic recruitment plans and providing guidance to the Technology Executive Team and top tech management on IT talent supply and demand in the region. However, those plans and insights will require the use of advanced analytics to establish crucial levers and key performance metrics for all deliverables. In consequence, you will use this information to influence tech stakeholders involved in the recruitment cycle and make apt decisions regarding the involvement of external vendors. Last but not least, the role will closely cooperate with Employer Branding team and co-create value offers for specific target groups. You will also cooperate closely with other HR teams to acquire new talent and secure growth of our technological capabilities and in turn the business growth of Allegro. What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Lead deployment and refinement of the talent acquisition strategy for all technological roles on the local and international market
  • Manage a high-performing team of TA leaders and TA professionals
  • Partner with the Technology Executive Team and top managers from Tech Business Units to implement the recruitment strategy and achieve operational excellence in acquiring new IT talent
  • Partner with various people teams (TA, EB, HRBPs, Operations, L&D) on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes and analyze data to drive improvements
  • Own the relationship with external vendors and be accountable for monitoring their performance 
  • Guide and shape analysis of people data to achieve recruitment objectives and provide valuable insight for a better decision making
  • See beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for recruitment-related things

We are looking for people who have:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in designing and managing wide-scale and complex talent acquisition strategies and operations for technological roles in CEE 
  • Ability to lead and develop large TA teams as well as mentor other leaders in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Proven track record in delivering international projects requiring top expertise on tech talent in CEE
  • Strong strategic thinking capability: able to make the most of various sources, clarify a problem, analyze its ramifications and possible solutions, work out logically consistent and persuasive recommendations 
  • Strong execution capability: able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
  • Exceptional ability and experience in managing top stakeholders (HQ viewpoint would be an asset)
  • Easiness at establishing rapport with multiple external vendors from various geographies
  • Experience in working with and gaining insights from HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics and other people analytics metrics)
  • Fluency in English
