To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright and driven people.

Now we are planning to strengthen the HR team with a new HRBP, who will support Commerce teams. 

 Your Future Challenge:

We are looking for an experienced HRBP, who will take responsibility for implementation of all HR processes and policies for the supported areas, but will also be an active participant in designing these processes and other HR solutions. You will take a role of providing constructive feedback on their application and will support your managers in supervised areas in employee related decisions and plans. You will also cooperate closely with our internal centers of expertise - L&D, Talent Acquisition & EB and Payroll teams.

What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Contributing to the design and set up of the optimal and efficient organization structures 

  • Coordinating the implementation of HR processes: workforce management, recruitment, performance management, development and talent management and contribute to their further optimization and scalability 

  • Creating and adjusting scalable HR solutions addressing the specificity of managed areas, their business strategies and goals

  • Monitoring HR indexes for the supported areas and recommend improvements

  • Supporting managers in their leadership skills development and in the building of high performance culture

  • Introducing L&D programs and initiatives to facilitate development of the competencies required

  • Advising on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement

  • Building relationships with executives and managers to become a real, value added advisor

  • Participating in the budgeting process and monitor its realization 

  • Ensuring compliance with labor law

We are looking for people who:

  • Have proven HRBP experience (3-5 years in big size enterprises, preferably e-commerce, operations, sales)

  • If worked in an international environment, it would be an asset

  • Are able to impact their business partners in building of a new organizational structure

  • Are able to gather and analyze available data and various stakeholders needs and translate them into workable HR solutions

  • Have a track record of successful preparation and implementation of HR projects 

  • Have a deep understanding of leadership with and the ability to support development of present and future leaders

  • Are equipped with openness, ability to build relations of a different seniority and become a trusted and value added advisor

  • Cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in a fast moving environment 

  • Have a very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Polish and in English

  • Have an excellent Labor Law expertise
