We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager who will drive development of a high performance culture through forward looking compensation and benefits policy. Your Future Challenge:
As a Compensation and Benefits Manager you will take ownership of designing, implementing, refining and coordinating scalable pay-related processes and policies. You will be in charge of managing annual cycles of compensation, headcount and staff costs planning and controlling as well as recognition and retention programs. You will also be responsible for defining the structure of roles, grades, titles and career paths and provide guidance to line managers on these topics.
You will lead a team by mentoring and managing by example with a focus on clarifying problems and setting up priorities. You’ll be seeking solutions with the conviction that every problem has a solution. You will share knowledge and grow the team's expertise for Allegro constantly evolving needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Design, implement, monitor and constantly improve the compensation packages, policies and tools aligned with Allegro’s strategic business goals and increasing employers attractiveness
Monitor business and business changes that influence compensation systems, performance management or compensation strategies/policies for specific employee groups.
Coordinate HR benchmarking activity (e.g.: participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data)
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
Partner with the IT Business Services team to design, configure and administer compensation and HC budgeting related systems
Renew our compensation plans with financial and non-financial benefits based on employee needs
Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Work out competitive compensation tools to retain top talent
Strengthen understanding and monitor labor costs including defining the structure of the costs, measuring business impact, leading HC budget planning
Partner with finance, leadership team and HR business partners to plan and control headcount and staff costs
Take responsibility over job descriptions, job analyses and classifications

Qualifications we are looking for:
Proven leader with at least 5+ years of experience in designing and managing company-wide HR compensation and benefits related processes at scale (compensation, retention, HR controlling)
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Very good quantitative and analytical skills
Familiarity with labor legislation
Financial / HR controlling experience
Experience in managing stock based incentive programs and has worked for a stock listed organization will be an advantage
Experience in communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
Stakeholder management experience
Strong strategic thinking capability: able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify a problem, analyse different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution
Strong execution capability: able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
High flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment, ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
Fluency in Polish and English
